New Ghosts Leadership and Policies

Hey Everybody,

First off, I would like to let everybody know that I am the new Commander and MG "Team Leader" for CoD: Ghosts.

The Lieutenant Commander positions are still being decided, but the offer is currently being extended to Urban, Faun, Frozen, Batman, Galactica, and DoctorZ.

I would like to say thank you to Frozen and all the owners/managers for the opportunity to do what I think is in the best interest of the ghosts clan and these are the changes that will be coming down.

1) The clan roster will be for active players only, as decided by the ghosts leadership. There will not be KD requirements or any further requirements at this time.

2) Players not on the clan roster are considered to be "reserves". Reserves are still full members of MG, they are just not on the clan wars roster. Members of the reserves can request to be added back to the roster at any time; even just for a single war.

3) You may be sent to the reserves at any time if the leadership decides you aren't active enough during war time. But fear not, there is a forum in place specifically for handling roster addition requests that will expedite the process of adding you back if you feel like it was a mistake.

4) The above thread can be used by any members of MG at any time to request to be added or removed from the clan wars roster. Please request to be removed if you know you cannot play during a war. You will be added back upon your return.

5) Forum polls will be used to help the leadership decide on things such as diamond division time slots. Not submitting a vote to the poll risks your opinion not being heard and us choosing not in your favor.

6) We will be doing Diamond Division

Hopefully that has done a decent job of explaining how I intend to do things from now on. If you have any questions or concerns don't hesitate to post below.

This sounds very good, I cant wait to see what other ideas you can bring to the table.

Members who don't accept my Xbox live friend requests may be sent to the reserves without warning.

I will hopefully be getting together with my leadership tomorrow to discuss some more possible reserves. This will give people almost a week to post on the forums if they want to be on the roster.
