Leadership is made / Recruitment Challenge

We have our leaders on Ghosts, those leaders are as follows

It is up to the 4 of us to get people into the clan as the Lieutenant Commander's have invite privileges. If you think a person would be a good fit for the clan, go ahead and send them an invite.
I am also issuing a recruitment challenge, whoever can get the most members recruited in 1 month will receive a $20 XBL card. Lets get out there and recruit recruit recruit.

Are we looking for warm bodies or a certain K/D ration?

KD ratio isnt a requirement, while it may be nice to have a good one, were not a competitive heavy clan. If you feel he/she would be a good fit, feel free to recruit.
