Destiny Team Lead

Just throwing this out there, We are going to need a team lead for Destiny when that comes out. Who feels they would be up for the challenge?

Team lead's responsibilities are as follows
Organize team events, recruit, report problems to the clan managers and most of all, make sure your team has fun.

EDIT: This position is open to members only, not clan managers or owners

Do they have to get it for the one?

Hey Frozen- I'm pretty much going to live and breath Destiny from September til the end of days... I'd throw my hat in the ring.

If there are some other members that want to have leadership roles in Destiny, perhaps we could form a new title like "Destiny Squad Leaders." I'm thinking 2 leaders for each console if there is the interest. One for PvE events (fireteams and eventually raids) and one for PvP events (crucible). If Bungie will be setting up some PvP events for us, but these leads could focus on making members aware of the times/dates and getting folks invited to groups once they get online.

Whoever we go with, or if we just go with one leader (I'd volunteer to be the Xbox One person), there's lots of potential for fun!

To keep some sense of accountability, I think whoever we go with for the position(s) should issue a monthly report with metrics to the guild leadership.

Nope, Cordo had an excellent idea of having 1 lead per console.
